Through the years there have been many great web sites developed to provide first time and experienced cruises with necessary information to improve the cruise experience, examples are http://www.cruisecritic.com/ , http://www.tripadvisor.com/ , etc. Some of these sites have been so successful they have been purchased by some of the top online travel companies to promote their products & services.
However, one web site has caught my interest because it focuses on one of the major headaches of traveling, and that is PACKING!
If packing is a nightmare for you, and it is usually the most dreaded part of any travel experience (right behind the airlines) I strongly recommend that you visit:
The site is simple — sign in with a user name and password, choose the type of trip (cruise) you're taking and then start checking off the appropriate to-do items, like "pack medicine," "put luggage tags on bags," and "Review documents." You can print out the list and carry it with you, or have email reminders sent to you before your trip. The site also includes handy links to websites where you can take care of chores like renting cars, booking a hotel, and getting a new passport.
